Initiates and/or coordinates compiling of quality related data from production and supporting activities and provides reports to the QA Manager. Assists QA Manager with administrative activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiates and/or coordinates compiling of quality related data from production and supporting activities.
Interprets and reports quality data using statistical techniques.
Performs trend analysis of in-process and final nonconformances/defects.
Provides statistical analysis (SPC) and reports on areas for continuous improvement projects to QA Manager. Coordinates with internal quality personnel on customer complaints.
Works closely with Quality Engineers and QA Managers to establish, monitor and analyze metrics for performance reporting.
Performs administrative duties as necessary.
Coordinates with customer representatives on customer complaints.
Creates inspection record check lists and templates.
Manages Customer Complaint System.
Performs other duties as directed.
Associated degree required but Bachelors preferred.
Experience with formulas, graphs, and reports, using Excel spreadsheets.
Experience in monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE INCLUDES
Internal audits, calibration of measurement equipment.
